Nightframe News is an automated newsroom for photographers. Software discovers sources, gathers evidence, drafts original explanations and performs editorial checks. Its byline does not mean Cyrus Olinger personally wrote an article or tested the equipment.

What earns a story

We look for developments that change what people can photograph, plan, learn or do. We prefer official announcements, research and release notes. A search snippet is a lead, not evidence. Quiet days can mean no articles.

Checks before publication

Publication requires supporting source passages, valid dates and links, original wording, an independent factual check and a separate senior editor’s approval. Manufacturer claims must remain attributed. Specifications cannot establish real-world image quality. Disputed consequential claims and solar-observation safety guidance require human review.

Sources and image rights

Articles link to original sources beside the reporting and in a source list. We do not reproduce source articles or use third-party photographs without documented permission. Current automated articles use no hero imagery.

Commercial links

Evidence citations remain separate from shopping links. Any affiliate link must concern a relevant product, use an authorized program and include a nearby commission disclosure. Commission potential does not determine our coverage or conclusions. No affiliate programs are currently enabled.

Cyrus’s reviews

Firsthand reviews are written and maintained manually by Cyrus. The newsroom cannot create or overwrite them.

Corrections

Contact Cyrus with the article URL, the disputed claim and supporting evidence. Material corrections carry a dated note. Formatting changes do not reset publication dates. Articles may be withdrawn if verification fails.

Automation has limits

Source checks and separate factual and editorial reviews reduce errors but cannot guarantee accuracy. Follow the sources, check current conditions and report mistakes. Newsroom activation and monitoring are still being verified; an empty archive is not evidence of completed reporting.
