The public archive covers tracked Milky Way panoramas from Joshua Tree, deep-sky targets photographed from Hawaiʻi, aerial studies of the dune lagoons in Lençóis Maranhenses, volcanic activity at Kīlauea, and location-led field stories from northern Vietnam and Japan. Some of it becomes fine-art prints. Some of it stays a thirty-second film.

He also teaches, and the teaching is not separate from the work.
